Delivery Period & Shipping Charges:
Products are dispatched within 30 days of order placement. All products are delivered using our very own delivery network which will ensure the timely and safe delivery of our product to your location. We try to deliver the products on time most of the times but sometimes some constraints may delay the delivery. In such cases kindly get in touch with us we will help out with the latest updates.
To know the shipping charges you need to enter your pincode or the pincode of the destination were the delivery is required in the particular field provided in the product selection page, once your pincode is entered it will display the cost of transportation to the particular destination which will be added to your invoice at the time of payment. All other additional charges such as taxes and octroi are paid from the buyer’s end.
We normally deliver all our products with a minimum timeline of 30 days. In case the shipment is delayed we shall update the status to you via email which will have the latest transit status. Currently we do not have an online mechanism to check the status of your order.The implementation of the online procedure is on the way.
Upon Product Delivery:
Upon the delivery of the product, please check and ensure the following:
Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.
Our quality control team ensures that every product we deliver is of high quality and standards. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case, you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number 9625 08 08 08 or write to us at email@example.com with the images of the damage so that our team will assess the damage and revert to you within 2 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
Currently we provide only 6 hours to cancel a placed order. Once the order is confirmed (which will be intimated through a mail to your registered mail id) unfortunately you will not be able to cancel the same after 6 hours or before the order is confirmed/processed whichever is earlier. currently all our products are we are manufactured post order confirmation thus cancellation of products is not available at www.monnaiedecoro.com. We will not take back the product if you wish to cancel the same after delivery, since all products are Made-To-Order!
